Our belts areĀ designed to be worn on either the hips or waist, offering nine eyelets for adjustment to ensure a perfect fit. Please refer to the following guidelines to find your ideal size.
Use a fabric tape measure to be certain you are ordering the right size. When taking your measurements, wear little or no clothing.

Keeping the tape flush against the body, measure around your natural waistline at the navel.
